🕒 Rental Policy

❌ We do not offer hourly rentals.
📅 Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
🔢 One-day reservations are only accepted within five days of the desired rental date.
📝 Example: A reservation for the 10th can only be made on the 5th or later.

✅ Pleasure Craft Operator Card – Available from accredited boating safety organizations (Transport Canada).
✅ Proof of Prior Training – Written proof of completing a boating safety course before April 1, 1999.
✅ Rental Boat Safety Checklist – Required if you do not have prior proof.

✅ Trailer Included – Your rental comes with a trailer for easy transportation.
✅ Travel Anywhere – The Sea-Doo can be taken anywhere in Ontario or Quebec.
✅ Complimentary Life Jackets – Available at no extra charge (please inquire when booking).
✅ Fuel Policy – The Sea-Doo comes with a full tank of gas and must be returned full.
✅ Reservation Deposit – A $200 deposit is required to book.
✅ Ottawa River Delivery – Delivery to the Constance Bay boat launch is available for $50.
✅ Damage Deposit – A $2500 Visa hold is required and refunded once the Sea-Doo is returned without damage.
✅ Late Return Fee – A fee of $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the agreed return time.
✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Refunds (less the $100 non-refundable deposit) available if canceled 5 days before the reservation date.
- No refunds for cancellations with less than 5 days’ notice.
- Weather-related cancellations are refundable (rain, high winds, etc.).
- Company Cancellation Policy – Constance Bay Rentals may cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (mechanical issues, etc.). 100% of your deposit will be refunded.
